Ven. Kenneth Amaechi Onah was born on July 24, 1977, into the family of the late Rev. Theophilus N. Onah and Mrs. Irene O. Onah of Okalashua Ndioke, Ibagwa-Aka in Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State.
He began his ministry journey as a Church Teacher in March 1999. In July 2007, he was made a Deacon and was ordained a Priest in June 2008. He served as Chaplain to both the pioneer and the current Bishops of Nsukka Diocese. He was preferred a Canon in 2014 and elevated to the rank of Archdeacon in 2019.
Ven. Kenneth Onah currently serves as the Director of the Women’s Ministry and is the Archdeacon of Pentecost Archdeaconry.
He is happily married to Dr. Mrs. Chinwe Mercy Onah (née Eneasato), and their marriage is blessed with four lovely children.
