Joel Chinedum Ugwuoke was born into the Royal Family of His Royal Majesty, Edoga Ugwuoke Nwaona of Obukpa in Nsukka LGA of Enugu State in July 23rd, 1970.
Joel is a senior academic staff member with the Department of Mass Communication, UNN. He holds a PhD in mass Communication with a bias in Public Relations and Advertising.
He graduated from the same Department in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts, Second Class Upper Division and a master of Arts in Mass Communication in 2007.
Joel Chinedum was the best overall graduated student in 2008 from Trinity Theological College, Umuahia, with a Distinction and a Bachelor of Theology, Second Class Upper Division from St. Paul’s Theological College Awka.
He was the Pioneer Director of Media, doubling as Protocol and Public Relations of Diocese of Nsukka from 2008 to 2013 and also as the pioneer Registrar, Bathsaida Institute of Theology, Diocese of Nsukka.
Joel has many academic and research publications in reputable International and Local Journals. He is married and blessed with children
