President: Bro. ABC XYZ

The Young Anglican Crusaders (YAC), Nsukka Diocese, is a youth-focused ministry dedicated to winning young people to Christ, nurturing them in the faith, and equipping them to become future leaders of the Church and society. Under the leadership of the Diocesan Chaplain, Rev. Can. Gideon Attah, YAC actively engages young Anglicans in spiritual growth, evangelism, and leadership development.

Aims and Objectives

The core mission of YAC is to bring young people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and raise a generation of godly, purpose-driven leaders. The objectives include:

  1. Winning youths to Christ – Ensuring that young people in this generation come to know Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour.
  2. Evangelising Anglican youths – Encouraging young Anglicans to actively reach out to their peers with the gospel.
  3. Mentoring secondary school students – Engaging young people aged 11 to 26 years to help them develop spiritually and physically for a brighter future.
  4. Empowering youth leadership – Ensuring that young people occupy their rightful place in God’s divine plan for the Church and the nations.
  5. Raising dynamic leaders – Training God-fearing and visionary youth leaders to serve the Church and society effectively.
